Description

Two-storey house in the style of “Chalet”. This is an example of the traditional architecture with traditional facade materials. The project is ideal for the natural environment and rural life. The roof is gable, divided into three parts, cascading down to the vast terrace. The use of a stepped silhouette, large roof extensions, balconies encircling the second level and a covered barbecue area on the terrace of the first floor fit the building into the landscape. The applied facade materials i.e. wood and natural stone also contribute to this.

The layout of the house is comfortable and logical.
Functional content: the 1st floor consists of a spacious studio-style guest area with exits to the covered terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and a technical room.
The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms equipped with bathrooms and dressing rooms.
