Description
The house in a modern international style. Laconicism of form, simplicity of silhouette, combined with perfectly calibrated proportions, the rhythm of window openings and niches on the planes of facade walls, additionally complicated by various finishing materials, creates an elegant and interesting image. The roof is flat, not exploitable.
Facade decoration combines the surfaces of decorative plaster and a hinged ventilated system of heat-treated wood. The internal layout is simple and functional, without passage rooms and divided into private and guest parts, that ensures the comfort of everyday life.
Functional content: an extensive studio type guest area with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility and office rooms, a garage for two cars.
