Description
A small one-storey house in the traditional style of rural cottage construction. However, due to the convenient modern plan, good proportions and few interesting and original architectural details, it looks attractive and cozy. Though the silhouette is complicated by the three-tiered gable roof, the appearance of the house is harmoniously calm. All facades have a hinged ventilated system of painted boards.
The internal layout is simple and functional. A central elongated hall connects all the rooms and has natural light.
Functional content: spacious studio-style guest area with access to the terrace, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a utility room.
