Description
A small two-storey house that associated with images of American architecture and has a respectable appearance. The silhouette of the house is complicated by cascading-built roofs giving it dynamics and large roof overhangs visually lower the total volume of the structure, integrate it well into the surrounding landscape. This is also promoted by the placement of the 2nd floor only in the middle part of the house. A special highlight and a step towards the outer space is a terrace with a barbecue area, built under the line of the ridge of the main roof.
External walls are decorated with a hinged ventilated system of painted boards. The layout of the house is comfortable and logical in terms of functional connections between the rooms. The rooms are located around the neutral hall with stairs to the 2nd floor.
Functional content: The 1st floor consists of an extensive studio-type guest area with access to a covered terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and utility rooms.
The 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms with bathrooms.
