Description

A large two-storey villa in a traditional style with some architectural details and modern techniques giving a new sound in a modern tone. Calm silhouette, symmetry of the facades the dominant position of the central pediment vertical division into two levels. These features of classical architecture, expressed as a common beginning, collect details made in modern style in a solid, respectable image. The roof structure combines four-slope and two-slope forms. Facade decoration is built entirely on the basis of a hinged ventilated system made of two color painted board.

The internal layout, characteristic of classical houses, is built on two perpendicular axes of symmetry and is divided floor-by-floor into guest and private parts. All the main entrance and living quarters have good proportions and symmetrical balanced layouts.
Functional content: The 1st floor consists of a living room, a dining room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, an office, a guest bedroom with a separate bathroom, a number of utility rooms and a garage for two cars. T
