Description
A two-storey townhouse stylistically combining the traditional form with modern architectural techniques. The laconic silhouette of the main format under the double-slope roof is broken by visually active rectangular wide frames of balconies that solve a practical problem – increasing the volume of the internal space of rooms, as well as the need for awnings over the entrances to the houses and the artistic and allegorical task that expresses the idea of combining the two houses.
Facade decoration combines the surfaces of decorative plaster and a hinged ventilated system of heat-treated wood. The internal layout is comfortable, logical and maximally functional. It is divided into guest and private parts. Functional content:The 1st floor consists of a studio-type guest area, an office, a bathroom, auxiliary and utility rooms and a garage for 1 car.
The 2nd floor consists of four bedrooms and one bathroom.
