Description

A small two-storey villa in a traditional style. Originality and attractiveness of the external appearance is achieved by large overhangs of the roof, landing silhouette, unusual window openings and exterior decoration of the facades. The structure is crowned by a four-pitched roof with slight slopes, which makes it less noticeable. Its lower level covering a half-built in the volume of the first floor garage interestingly goes around the corner of the house and continues to the entrance group forming the necessary canopy above the porch. A cozy terrace is attached to the back of the house, the ceiling of which serves as a balcony on the second floor.

The facade decoration combines the surfaces of decorative plaster with a hinged ventilated system of painted boards and emphasizes the floor division. The layout is asymmetric, functionally logical, divides the house into a guest part – 1st floor and private one – 2nd floor.
Functional content: The 1st floor consists of a spacious studio-style guest area with access to a cozy covered terrace, a guest bedroom, a bathroom, utility rooms and a two-car garage.
The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The mane bedroom has its own bathroom, dressing room and terrace.
