Description

An original one-storey bungalow in a modern style with features of traditional architecture. It will look particularly spectacular in the open space by the sea. The architectural format like an open book consists of two almost equal parts interconnected and covered by single-pitch roofs with slopes towards each other. So the main facade with the main entrance substantively goes to the opposite -a cozy, family-guest one with a large covered terrace. Facades combine rough plaster and fragments of heat-treated wood.

The layout is simple, clear and maximally functional. A spacious guest area consisting of a living room, a dining room, a bar and a kitchen is combined with the large terrace having a large fireplace. This open space divides the house into right and left private parts.
Functional content: There is a studio-style guest room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office and utility rooms and a garage or carport for two cars.
