Description

Duplex house in a traditional style. Two two-story houses Jointed together. Large overhangs of the roof, landing the silhouette, unusual windows and external design of the facades, make the house original and attractive. The two-story parts are covered with four-pitched roofs with small slopes, that makes them less noticeable. The one-story part connecting the two houses has a gable roof. Cozy terraces are attached to the back of the house, the ceilings of which serve as balconies of the second floor.

The facade decoration combines the surfaces of decorative plaster with a hinged ventilation system made of painted boards that emphasizes the floor division. The layouts of the halves are mirror-symmetrical, they are logical, with good functional connections. The house is divided into the guest and private parts by floors.
Functional content: the 1st floor consists of a living room, exit to the terrace, kitchen-dining room, guest bedroom, bathroom and a number of utility rooms and a garage for two cars.
The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing-room.
