Description

A modern two-storey villa. Calm, soaring silhouette, lightness, interest – the play of the facade relief – that comes to mind at the first sight. The cubic central volume is readable as a whole, but complicated by many bay windows, balconies, awnings, does not look massive. Large window openings lighten facades, and a two-tone facade finish sets the vertical rhythm. The roof with significant overhangs creates a soaring effect. All this forms a universal image that fits perfectly any environment. The roof structure is simple – four-slope one in two levels with small slopes.

Facade decoration is built on the basis of a hinged ventilated system from a board painted in two colors. The internal layout involves floor functional division, is built around the central hall, both on the first and second floors and has no walk-through rooms.
Functional content: The 1st floor consists of a spacious studio-type guest area with access to the terrace, an office, a bathroom and utility rooms.
The 2nd floor consists of four bedrooms, with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom has two dressing rooms.
