Description

A modern two-storey villa. Stylistically the building architecture synthesizes various ideas and features of modern and traditional directions achieving an excellent result: a harmonious and attractive picture. A simple four-pitched roof construction has large overhangs and this makes it light, visually reduces the height of the architectural volume. Facade decoration is based on a hinged ventilated system and painted in two colors of boards.

The internal layout is comfortable and functional. It is built around the central hall both on the first and second floors without passage areas.
