Description

Two-storey large villa. The project was based on the traditional approach to planning, spatial modelling, and the choice of finishing materials. However, being within the traditional framework, the architecture of the building has acquired an individual, modern view. The current image is interesting visually, functional, provides a wide range of offers for a comfortable life. The plan of the villa is complex, branched, but very logical and functional. It looks harmoniously owing to cascade of gable roofs. Facades are a hinged ventilated system made of heat-treated wood and stone tiles. The central part of the house is a large living room.

To the left of it there is a private half. To the right of it there is a guest part, SPA and the utility rooms. The living room offers a view of the two-flight staircase to the second floor.
Functional content: 1st floor consists of a living room, a grand dining room, a kitchen with a dining area and a bar, an extensive spa area, utility rooms and a garage for two cars. The private part consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The 2nd floor consists of two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing-rooms.
